The Beatles song Flying has no lyrics and was written by all the Beatles as an instrumental sequence for use in the magical mystery tour film. Flying is the only instrumental that the Beatles released on record.
On the Beatles Flying John does the main effects with the Melotron, both Paul and George play the guitar, and John and Ringo play about at the end looping back the recording and mixing it backwards.
