Beatles Album: Abbey Road : Track 10

Lyrics: Lennon, McCartney

The Beatles Sun King lyrics were by John Lennon, and make up part of the half completed songs that Paul put together to form a medley on Abbey Road.
John describes the song being written following a dream that he had about the sun king (thought to be Louis the XIV) throwing a party.
The sun king song includes simple excerpts of Mediterranean languages at the end of it, and was originally going to be called Los paranoias. The los Paranoias song is available separately on the Beatles Anthology album.
For the sun king song John double tracks himself on lead vocals and does harmony vocals with Paul.
